I just want to say that MASHALLAH your triple play services are running well. Specially your support is really effective, the customer care staff are really friendly and caring. There is a suggestion that as a Nayatel customer I want you to double the bandwidth of NAYATEL HOME CUSTOMERS as MBL DSL service is now being upgraded to 512 kbps for 1199 Rs. Nayatel users should get double bandwidth (i.e 1 Mbps) on the same rates as it’s a superior technology then dsl. THANKS

Dear Nayatel Team, I would like to thank you all for the efforts made during the shifting our mail services from DANCOM to NAYATEL. It was indeed a pleasure talking to such professionals on the phone for support whenever required during this process. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ameer, who has been very vigilant and patient while helping us on the phone for getting a few issues resolved. Mr. Ameer was available whenever we called him up and despite of daily routine, he helped us with all the patience, which is highly appreciated.
