Nayatel Android TV Box

Terms and Conditions

The Device is currently available exclusively for Nayatel internet users. It will be launched soon for non-Nayatel internet users.
The Device is Google certified, ensuring the compatibility and reliability of the operating system and apps. The installed operating system and apps have been approved by Google.
The Device can be used over any internet connection. However, initial sales are limited to Nayatel internet users.
The Device comes with pre-installed Nayatel applications, including Naya TV and Nwatch.
Upon purchasing the Android TV Box, customers will receive a complimentary three-month free trial of Naya TV. The trial will be initiated once a customer logs in to the Naya TV app after purchasing ATV box.
If a customer does not sign for 8 days after the purchase of ATV Box, the trial will be initiated automatically.
After the expiration of the free trial, the Premium Plan of Naya TV will be automatically applied to the customer’s account. The corresponding charges will be reflected in the monthly Nayatel bill.
Monthly charges for the Naya TV Premium Plan will be included in the Nayatel internet bill. Customers are responsible for timely payment of their bills to ensure uninterrupted service.
Customers have the option to unsubscribe from the Naya TV Premium Plan at any time.
Unsubscribing can be done through Nayatel’s customer portal or by contacting Nayatel customer support.
There are installment and replacement offer available for Android TV Box as mentioned on Nayatel’s website.
Nayatel will not be responsible for any wrong pricing or features communication if its not done from Nayatel’s official communication channels.
There is no buy back policy for Android TV Box.
Nayatel reserves the right to terminate the service if a customer violates these Terms or engages in any fraudulent activities. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
Nayatel reserves the right to modify these Terms or the services provided with the Android TV Box. Customers will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
For assistance or inquiries related to the Android TV Box or Naya TV services, customers can contact Nayatel’s customer support through the provided channels.

Customer must have Android TV OS (Certified by Google).

Customer will be charged a one-time cost of Rs.2,000 (exclusive of GST) in their next monthly bill. The price is nonrefundable.
To acquire Joy App, the customer must have Basic Cable TV & internet services.
Basic Cable Charges will apply.
VOD service will be complimentary with Joy App subscription.
LIVE TV (live.nayatel.com) is not a part of the Joy App.
12 hours’ time shift is available only on selected channels.
Joy App is only available for Islamabad/Rawalpindi customers.
