  • Nayatel shall try to ensure the availability of service 24/7, however, service disruptions may occur due to unforeseen incidents & activities. In case of occurrence of such events or activities (planned or unplanned), Nayatel shall not be held responsible for any liability
  • Remote assistance will be provided free of cost to all video conferencing customers in cases of software
    & connection establishing issues.
  • ISDN and SIP are not included
  • Recording of whole screen in .webm format
  • Sending resolution depends upon the camera quality
  • Skype4Business integration as an addon (Upon mutually agreed pricing)
  • Hardware installation charges will be quoted along the proposal
  • Hardware 1 year standard warranty, includes product recovery & replacement; but return shipping cost is not included. Damages due to burns, physical or electrical shock and misconfiguration of equipment are not covered under standard warranty

  • Display (LED/Projector) and UPS power will be customer end responsibility
