I rang up a little while back to inform you that the light on our ONT had turned red due to the fact that the switch was turned off accidentally. You were very kind enough to offer to send someone over to check it. Well, now it’s turned green again & working normally, so I don’t think anyone need come.
Thanks so much for being so efficient & prompt in your help. I’m so glad I switched to NAYATEL. Keep up the good work.
