- Customer will be responsible for adding users’ data into the module for its support functions as per guided format/manual.
- Customer will be informed about the development time for Servicedesk module keeping in view the requirements provided by customer.
- Customer will be charged for major development (feature addition) involved along with service provisioning of Servicedesk that will vary as per customer requirements.
- User level performance reporting may vary depending upon the KPI criteria provided by customer.
- Servicedesk only work on “Software as a Service” Model on Nayatel’s Cloud.
- Customer will share details of their SMS gateway for Servicedesk SMS intimations.
- Customer’s Servicedesk data will be deleted within 60 days in case of cancellation, termination or migration of customer.
- In case of variation of customers’ requirement(s) after the module is delivered, additional charges would be applicable depending upon the nature of changes.
- International customers will only be able to make payments via credit/debit cards.
- It is mandatory to make full advance payment for service provisioning and continued service delivery in case of international customer, where as local payment will be based on pro rata basis.
- Forced majeure apply.
- Customer may not use the services to violate the security or integrity of any network, computer or communications system, software application, or network or computing.
- Customer may not use, or encourage, promote, facilitate, or instruct others, to use Service Desk for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or offensive use, or to transmit, store, display, distribute or otherwise make content that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or offensive.
- Nayatel may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law. We strongly comply against all the policies provided by regulatory authority.
- All payments are nonrefundable.
- In no event shall Nayatel be liable to you or any third party for damages of any kind arising out of or relating to the use of services including, but not limited to, any lost profits, lost opportunities, special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages. The foregoing shall apply regardless of whether a claim arises in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
