How to use parental locking:
1) Login to customer.nayatel.com2) Click on Parental Locking button
3) Select “Repeat” or “One Time” as per your need
4) Select Date and Time
5) Click Submit
- This service is ONLY for ISB/RWP/FSD/PSH home customers
- Only Home and Corporate connect customers can use the service.
- Locking internet will result in internet dependent services (For example Live TV, Nwatch, Joy App for Samsung, Joy App, VOD and BOD) to stop working on your devices but Nwatch, VOD, Live TV will continue working on HD Box. If your main device reboots during this, your HD Box will also stop working.
- If customer’s router reboots during parental locking, customer will not be able to access customer portal. Use mobile data to access customer portal in this case
- No adjustment in monthly internet bill will be applicable if you avail this service
How to lock account each day automatically?
Schedule periodic internet locking on desired day/time using “Repeat” locking button. This will continue indefinitely, unless you cancel the schedule manually.Example: Selecting Monday - 1600 to 1700, will result in locked internet on every Monday from 4PM to 5 PM.
How to lock account on selected date only?
Schedule One Time locking on desired day/time by using “One Time” locking button.For Example: If you select the date from 15th to 20th of the month and time from 1500 hours to 1600 hours, it will result in locking the internet from 15th to 20th from 3 PM to 4 PM. Selecting only 15th of the month and time 1500 to 1600 will result in a one-time internet lock on 15th, from 3PM to 4PM.
Note: This feature is only applicable 7 days in future, and the interval of schedule is also of 7 days.
Will my other services get affected?
Locking internet will result in internet dependent services (For example Live TV, Nwatch, Joy App for Samsung, Joy App, VOD and BOD) to stop working on your devices but Nwatch, VOD, Live TV will continue working on HD Box. If your main device reboots during this, your HD Box will also stop working.How to activate parental locked account immediately?
Locking can be cancelled during/after the start of locking by clicking on the “Ac-tivate account” button. This button will only appear in customer portal when the account is locked due to parental lockingNote:
You can deactivate parental locking anytime you want.
