  • User can only avail maximum of 8 extensions via online portal.
  • International calling facility is unavailable with this service.
  • Calls will be charged as per normal Call Tariff mentioned on the website.
  • This service is only for Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Gujranwala and Peshawar based users. Nayatel has the right to terminate Cloud PBX services of any customer who uses this application outside their respective city from which Cloud PBX has been subscribed from.
  • User Account will be locked for outgoing callls if credited limit is reached.
  • Supervised transfer feature is not available with the current setup.
  • Same credentials can be used to view CDRs at https://cloudportal.nayatel.com.
  • Minimum initial payment will be Rs.1500+tax (After Free Trial).
  • Customer will be assigned one channel per extension.
  • Internet connection is required to run Cloud PBX extensions.
  • Nayatel will not be responsible for the distortion issues created by high latency of end customer network.
  • In case of no reachability of end user network to Nayatel Network, customer cannot use this service.
  • For any queries and value added features like queues, IVRs, ring groups etc., email us at ngn@nayatel.com.
  • Account will be activated on payment after 30 minutes from Lock to Active state.
  • Password policy needs to be in compliance with the Application Password Policy.
  • Account will not be active till customer makes full initial payment.
  • VAS like queues, IVR, Ring groups etc. will be charges separately once availed.
  • For better experience of application, please disable battery optimization.
  • Maximum call duration is 30 minutes.
      • The application is compatible with the following devices:
        Android: Requires Android 5.0 and up.
        iPhone: Requires iOS 11.0 or later.
        iPod touch: Requires iOS 11.0 or later.
        Mac: Requires macOS 11 or later and a Mac with Apple M1 chip.
