HR/Admin Executive

Job Description
The selected candidate will!

  • Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel, assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
  • Participates in developing departmental goals and objectives.
  • Conducts recruitment efforts.
  • Conducts new employee orientation.
  • Handles employee relation counselling.
  • Participates in administrative staff meetings and attend other meeting and seminars.
  • Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
  • Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
  • Carefully handle receipts, invoices, payments and maintain records through data entry and filing.
  • To prepare, compile, organize and maintain different department reports.
  • To monitor support staff and schedule their activities.
  • Vendor and fleet management.
  • To procure consumables, preparing purchase order and inviting tenders.
  • To handle general administrative tasks or any assignment given by the Supervisor/Management.

Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible;

  • To contact prospective customers through letters, personal call and leads distributed by your Supervisor.
  • To maintain/acquire complete knowledge of all products and services offered by Nayatel.
  • To meet monthly, quarterly and annual departmental objectives/goals/targets as outlined/revised by Manager Sales.
  • To plan and provide timely and accurate daily report to your Manager.
  • To bring in new customers focusing primarily on private organizations, large and emerging SME’s as well as Government Departments, gated societies /colonies and agencies.
  • To ensure all strategic and target customers are aware of company`s products and services.
  • To maintain and strengthening long-term relationships with the corporate clients as well as enhance business relationships to leverage additional opportunities.
  • To monitor the market trends and competitors in the broadband market and Fiber sector.
  • To coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth installation of Fiber services and recovery of initial invoice.
  • Any other Sales & Marketing related duties assigned by your Manager.
