Nayatel is pleased to implement a new system of Customers’ Loyalty Points based on good payment history of past 24 months. Accounts of customers having full 240 points will not be locked for another 48 days beyond due date.
Terms and conditions:
- For each monthly payment made within due date, 10 points are rewarded.
- After gaining 240 points, you get 48 days extra to make payment beyond the due date,without locking of your account.
- For each day delay in full or partial payment (after due date) 05 points will be deducted.
- In coming months, you can gain points again by making payments within due date. Minimum 240 points are necessary in order to avail this facility.
- Loyalty Points are applicable to Home Packages only.
