- Additional 5 Ghz Access Point is recommended to avail full speed on 50 Mbps and above packages via Wi-Fi.
- Once the FUP is utilized for unlimited packages, the Bandwidth will decrease to 1Mbps till Extra GBs are purchased. (Extra GBs can be purchased by logging into the customer portal).
- FUP will be renewed every month.
- There is no line rent for Phone services.
- Phone set (or any phone hardware) is not provided by Nayatel.
- Unlimited Bundles cannot be availed by packages above 30 Mbps.
- Customers have to send an email at sales@nayatel.com in case of more than 1 connection required on a single ONT
- Nayatel holds right to terminate services without prior notice in case of any misuse of Nayatel Connection.
