Following are the prerequisites for payment collection option by MBL/NTL representative.

1) Call/email: Customer has to intimate billing department through call or email at billing@dsl.net.pk or billing@nayatel.com

2) Charges: Rs. 50/- will be charged per visit, Customer has to pay on the spot for this VAS.

3) Time Frame: Customer has to sent intimation two days prior to due date.

4) Billing information: Customer is required to provide complete billing information e.g. address, contact numbers( Landline and mobile) to get facilitated.

5) Timings: Payment collection timings will be from 11 am to 5: 30 pm( Monday to Friday)

OR you can pay your monthly bills at any Faysal Bank Branch (Islamabad and Rawalpindi Only).
